technology tip : backup your document automatically

no worry guys . if u lost data from your PC. we all know that is not something to fun .there is way to get it back and absolutely free ... All you need is an external hard disk which is big enough to hold your entire data files ... and most important a software called cobian backup.
follow these simple steps :

  • go to www.cobiansoft.com and download cobian backup 11 popularly known as gravity .
  • install this software is your PC and connect your external disk called  drive G.
  • now click on task and create New task
  • name this disk .... what ever you want say i.e my backup documents.
  • fro the left side select 'Files' and click 'Add.'
     click 'directory' and and select 'my document'
    the lower half of the screen is "destination'. add your Drive G
  • you can run this task manually. or set up to run at fixed time every day by selecting option of 'schedule'





    all you required is your external disk should be properly connected with your PC and computer must be ON ... backup is automatic .
